For each project, you will receive a proof with 1 to 3 design options on it to review. Options are different variations of the same design. Up to 3 rounds of revisions (edits) are included to refine your chosen option.
For each round, you will receive a new proof (Proof 1, Proof 2, Proof 3, etc). If you need additional options or revisions beyond this, they can be purchased at an extra cost per instance.
To keep things efficient, please share all feedback at one time whenever possible. Only changes requested in written form will be acknowledged.
The creative process at GAW2 includes five steps:
STEP 1
Initial Conversation (Consultation) -
This is where we talk about what you want created, along with the due date and budget you have for the project.
STEP 2
Discovery/Research -
In this step, you will provide any and all information in regard to how the final design or piece should look. To aid in this process you will be asked to fill out a project creative brief. Next, GAW2 will conduct additional research to help develop a solution.
STEP 3
Initial Design Option(s) Proof -
Here, the first round of option(s) or concept(s) will be presented to you in a proof for you to review and request changes on the option you want to pursue as the final design or piece. Two or three options/concepts will be shown in the first round. However, additional options can be purchased.
STEP 4
Revision of Design Option(s) and New Proof(s) -
After feedback has been reviewed, the second round of option(s) with the changes will be presented to you in a new proof for review and to request additional changes. This step repeats one more time. However, additional rounds of revisions can be purchased.
STEP 5
Payment and Delivery of the Final Design or Art -
In this final step after the last proof has been approved, you will receive an invoice and once paid, the final design file(s) in the file formats needed will be sent electronically or the artwork will be delivered or shipped to you.
